1. Purpose
a. The purpose of the Loyalty Program is to reward the clients of Coco Beyond with the registered office of Level 2, 9/2092 Logan Road, Upper Mount Gravatt, Qld 4122 (“Coco Beyond”) for being loyal customers.
b. It is intended that approximately every twelve (12) months, and for a period of no more than seven (7) years Coco Beyond will issue to selected clients of Coco Beyond (the “Client”) a gift in the form of a holiday voucher or another type of voucher (the “Gift”) as a way of rewarding loyalty, and keeping Coco Beyond in contact with the Client.
2. The Terms
a. Coco Beyond will notify the Client when and where the Gift can be collected or redeemed.
b. The Gift:
(a) is not transferrable to any person or entity other than the Client;
(b) can be in the form of a holiday voucher, voucher, or any other item Coco Beyond in its full discretion decides to make available to the Client.
c. The Gift is in no way connected with:
(a) the supply or possible supply of goods or services; or
(b) the promotion by any means of the supply or use of goods or services; or
(c) the sale or grant, or the possible sale or grant, or an interest in land; or
(d) the promotion by any means of the sale or grant of an interest in land.
d. The Client may at any time give notice to Coco Beyond that the Client would no longer like to receive the Gift.
e. If the Gift expires prior to the Client redeeming the Gift, then Coco Beyond is not obliged to replace the expired Gift.
f. If the Client does not for whatever reason like or accept the Gift then Coco Beyond is not obliged to replace the Gift.
g. Coco Beyond may at any time and in its full discretion:
(a) terminate the Loyalty Program without the need to issue notice to the Client whatsoever; and
(b) modify the Purpose and Terms associated with the Gift without the need of providing notice to the Client.
